5. Simulator Disclaimer

The cardiac rhythm simulator uses synthetic (manually created) rhythms that are designed to be directionally accurate representations of real cardiac rhythms. However, these simulated rhythms may differ from actual clinical ECG readings in morphology, timing, and other characteristics. The simulator is intended to aid in pattern recognition and educational understanding, not to replicate exact clinical presentations.

6. Real Rhythm Data

The Service includes real ECG rhythm data sourced from the PhysioNet ECG Arrhythmia Database. This data is used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License. For details on data sources, see our Data Sources page.

7. User Accounts

Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ShadeTree.IT LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any custom rhythms or content you create using the Service. By creating content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and display that content as part of the Service. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.
